家畜動物の救出保護施設の一つであるWoodstock Farm Animal Sanctuaryは

先日、お菓子作り用の刷毛を買おうとお店に行きました。
今油敷きなどに使っているのはシリコン製なのですが、
お菓子用にはよくある↑みたいな方が使いやすそうだったので。
が、ラベルを見てビクッ。Boarと書いてある。
Boar, boar, boar．．．豚だ。
一般的な台所用刷毛は多くが豚の毛だったです。ショック。
タイムリーな話題です。
ReplyDeleteちょうど実家から、頭の地肌に優しいブラシがあるから使ってみなさい、と送られてきたブラシが、豚毛のブラシで、大ショックっ！！ を味わっていたところです・・・・・・
習字とか絵筆も動物の毛を使っているものが多いみたいですよね・・・・・
なんだか、、、切ないですね。
髪のブラシも豚毛でしたか…
